heres a lil something i started doing a few years back... When i see someone somewhere that looks like they dont belong or could be an issue... such as big as donks in a lot full of tuners... i snap a cell pic. lisence plates mostly, with the rear end to include tails. Make model color year and tag, all right there. takes bout 5 seconds and can be done on the DL. I have probably taken 20 or 30 pics in the last 3 years... never needed em, but if i wouldve... id a had em. Makes life alot easier.

nope noone has been arressted and the cops that are on the case are on vaction right now i might have found the one impalla tho the stock lookin one im not sure but ive seen him around town latly. all i know its cops are lazy and since no one got hit theres no bullits or casings theres no proof they where there so the cops are pointless lol
