Once again to everyone that joined us and supports us thank you very much. We enjoyed your company. We had a lot of attendees so as all of you know we did our best. Thank you for understanding that.

REMEMBER PEOPLE...on the registration form write what class you are in! I cant stress that enough. If our judges are walking up to your car and do not see a sheet or anything on it describing what class you want judged, they will walk past it. Trying to fish out someone in that large of a crowd will take longer then if you would have wrote the proper info needed in the first place.

To all the vendors thank you as well. You brought out some beautiful cars.

 

Hey everyone, I would like to thank everyone for coming out to the show. It was way bigger than was though and that is awesome, shows that Jdmups has quite the following, judging went as well as it could have, more help would have made a difference, plus to many non showing cars parked in the show car area. Trust us, for the second show and twice the amount of people it was done pretty well. Everything will be addressed and everything will run smoother!! THanks again for making the show so successful. You guys are the reason it happens and we hope you still come out and support future shows!!!

Great event, but was poorly managed IMHO. I'm not knocking you guys because it was a very large event, but for 12 people to be running such a large event is inadequate IMHO. I truly believe that my car was not judged @ all and found judging to be questionable, seeing that I spent several hours and asked several times about where the judges were, when judging would be happening. I never saw anybody judge my car and personally felt like it was a waste of my time as a competitor in the show to have even entered. I much rather would have run my car if I would have know it was this disorganized. Other than that, it was a great event and I had a good time with a bunch of cool people. Maybe next time you may want to be staffed more accordingly.

One of the things we plan on doing is something in the effects of placing a small circle sticker on your windshield after it has been judged. This lets the judges know the car has been judge and lets the owner that car has been judged also.

 

also maybe have like , a sticker with a check box in it . you get the sticker when you register for the show.once you have the sticker on your car , THEN you can go and park in the "show " area...and then all the judges only need to have a marker with them instead of 100+ sticker. and just "check" off whichever car's been judged.....

 

You make a good point, but believe me when I say that we had no idea this event would turn out this big. Thank you for the suggestions and your support though.
