2008 FLCRXMEET November15

2008 FLCRXMEET will take place on November 15 at OLDTOWN in Kissimmee 10am-4pm

i would like to ask if you would nhave all of your member come out to a charity car wash to help a family out to raise money for an attorney for thier 3 year old child who was molested please let me know if you and all your friend can help this family out here is the time and place thank you

Saturday at AutoZone it will be different, its at parsons and Brandon blvd which to the people everywhere that's 60 and parsons on the right hand side before you hit parsons in the plaza going east bound. looking at starting between 9 - 10 am till whenever

I would deff be there with the Race car but I have a Race that Saturday,....

what the hell does a roll call have to do with people coming or not?

people will come or they won't, are you implying they won't because they didn't make them feel good because they're not on a list?

If you were waiting on a "roll call", don't worry too much about it.
My experience is that alot of the time the people on the list don't show and the people that show aren't on the list.

If you are concerned about the meet being "a bust", all of the prior (this is his eighth meet) that Ken has put on have been well worth going to.
Last years meet attracted at least 100 cars with about half being CRXs.
Ken does ask that everyone bring an unwrapped toy as a donation.

Just a note we don't care what condition your CR-X is in. Being built, being painted, loved just the way it is, fully built, etc. we just want you to bring it out because you own a CR-X.

It is at a venue that offers many things to do so you can bring the family, although if bigger than 2 you need to pack them into another car ;)

for those who asked, the meet should run until around 2pm-ish.
Old-Town has a regular Saturday night cruise-in that starts around 4 so I assume we will need to be cleared out by then.

as far as directions I tried their website but old-town's website seems to be acting up right now

From Interstate 4: From I-4, take Exit 64 (old exit 25A) to Highway 192 eastbound for about one mile. Look for the giant Ferris wheel at the main entrance on the right, at Marker #9.

From Orlando Int'l Airport: Take SR 417 to the Osceola Parkway (toll road). Go west approx. 1/4 mile. Then turn South on International Drive. Go 1 mile to the light at US 192. Turn east (left) on US 192. Go straight at the next light (Holiday Trail), and the main entrance is located on your right.

It was a little smaller than normal but the die hards were still there!...I wish I could or brought out my race car but that will have to wait untill next year I guess,...Still had fun, got to meet some really cool people and talk about racing and win some prizes!..
