LOL we don't even get plates i don't even do that crap.All we do now is hang out and if someone acts like a ricer by doing stupid shit we just write down the plate and when/if a cop shows up and it was because of that person then we hand the numbers over.Im not gonna take it to the extreme of gettin plates in a book and crap just remeber em in my head simple as that.
