Hi all, just wonder if there are any regular hangouts or whatever in the west pasco area (NPR, Hudson, etc). I read a little of the Hudson meet thread, but im not going to read all 140 or so pages. Anyhow, just lookin for some local stuff...I dont really know anyone around here, but see alot of modded cars, wouldnt mind maybe meeting some local folks.

 

west pasco,,, I've seen some action on SR19 just drive up and down that and when you see a group of people stop. Sometimes they're assholes, sometimes they're cool. Just check it out.

 

Thats what Ive been doing, but gas is too expensive to do it very often.

 

find anything out? im in the area also. my friend and i are looking for a regular hangout.

Looks like the hudson thing at Publix (19 and Hudson Ave) is the only game in town. Ill need to check the thread to see what day it is. Guess maybe Ill cruise by that sometime....

 

Hudson deal is friday nights, 8:00ish.

We need a spot local so none of the ricer's will come and run there traps and cause trouble. I'm in west pasco as well. And I usually go to the husdon meet but its becoming to gay and full or ricers for my taste. So post ideas here.

 

Thats just something you need to get used to, no matter where a group pops up, if it lasts more than a week or two they shall come. Im gonna give the Hudson deal a visit sometime, but honestly I dont expect a very warm welcome, Ive found a lightly modded cavalier usually gets a bunch of static from anyone but other J body owners.

I hesitate to use the term "ricer", as this could apply to alot these days. Some people consider my car rice since its a 4 cylinder, yet some dont. Ive seen well modded imports with great owners, and "riced out" mustangs and F bodies with a-hole owners. I think its more the attitude of the owner/driver as the car itself.
