I posted this question on JDMDreams but didnt get a response. JDMDreams.net shows the meet starting at 10:30, but a few people have told me it's at 11:30. Can someone verify which it is???

Good question. I also thought it was 10:30.. but it says 11:30 in the first post.

yeah.. 1030am till whenever.. hell, myself along with Squadron1 will be there bright and early so feel free to come whenever but the majority of the people start showing up around 1030-11.. so the sooner you get there, the better parkin spots you get
