marion county get togethers
fl statute for carrying on you with out permit 790.25 (which includes certain circumstances)
and the gun in the vehicle part is it can be in the vehicle as long as its "securely Encased" meaning you really have to work to get to it... in a container, in a zip bag, in the glove box or in the trunk and secured to where it cannot be fired. The 3 step phase is a myth and havent seen or heard about it being loaded or not just as long as it is not readily available and is just being transported!!!!
and the clip being empty in another location is part of that 3 step myth which ppl believe is.... have the ammo in one place, the gun in another, and the clip somewhere else..... not true!

Now as far as having a gun visably I know that is not legal for a fact, unless something changed recently I was told in my class that with or without a permit you can only have the gun visible on your own property i.e. Your home or your business if you own your own
business, you must keep it concealed In public. There are also alot of exceptions for permit holders like gov buildings and schools but they just recently changed it so you are allowed to carry In a "place of worship" I.e. Church dunno why you would need to though lol

read the fl statute i put up and it explains the "circumstances" where you can have a gun visible
place of worship ehh ifffy but then again todays day and age the next shootout will be at a church by some crazy so me personally would enjoy to be able to fire back lol
and if im not mistaken they have changed it to where your not supposed to have it at your place of business... unless with a permit i think but im not sure on that
