rules play a big role in this all. mike moran ran a 5.60 in the 1/4 mile at 240mph or something like in testing when he had is twin turbo monte carlo ss. nhra told him he was fucking crazy and they had to do something to restrict the shit out of v8 turbo cars.

yes well titan does well in the outlaw 10.5 class simply because its a traction limited class. having less torque makes it alot more controllable, hence titans consistancy. titan also has one of the best drivers out there, which is again, why even though for this season, they will be running a faster car (a cobalt at that) since its running in the next class up, theyve left gary in the 10.5 car.
