i mis-read her original post.

either way, its poor use of the word, and secondly....

saying that i am very redundant... is redundant. the word redundant already implies excess.

an adjective is a word that describes a noun. she said, "he is very redundant..." "redundant" is describing "he" which is a (pro)noun.

i've seen your posting, you should not be trying to correct anyone else. ...j/k...............kinda.

No offense but it doesn't matter if you build a 1200hp supra that runs 9's or a 400 hp stock 1980's 4 cylinder that runs 9's. I'm just saying, they took a bone stock motor out of a junkyard and through it in the car with 2 injectors and run consistent 10 second passes. Just because your hero brain O'Connor took a supra out of the junkyard and made it run tens doesn't mean that just anyone can do it. Instead of standing around talking about building cars they actually did it.

When has owning a car that runs 12s ever entitle you to say, " I own a Fast Car ."

Show up to an all motor event running high 12's an the only attention you'd get is laughter, when you lose to an all motor civic.

An about me owning the Starlet, would it make you feel better if I showed you the Title? So you can see it's under my name .

I'M NOT SURE what your point is here, unless your seriously somparing my 11 second capable full weight supra to a gutted out 1980'2 econo-box thats tubbed with slicks.

if thats what your comparing then yes... my daily driver with ac heat, power steering 8 way adjustable leather seats, back seats, and a tire i can get more than 500 miles out of , yes, it was slow.

and as far as my hero brian o conner...

your seriously saying that it takes as much skill to build a 1200 hp 2jz as it does a stock junkyard motor with a bigger turbo?

honestly, i'm getting tired of you kelvin, just like many others. your always so quick to get but hurt about things that arent even insults, or insults not aimed at you.

i'm so tire of hearing about your drag car. its a FUCKING 1600 LB drag car. i've not once ever knocked it. but its a starlet... eddies has a basically stock 13b and it runs 11's , and it gets driven around town.

all i was saying was that it takes little power to get a starlet down the track fast.

Your right is a little hard to write that check for that much and still run 9's. As for putting it in about the same amount of work just 4 more injectors to hook up. Seriously though, It wasn't about money or skill. 1200 hp to run a 9 or 400 hp to run a 9 your still running 9's it doesn't matter at the track.
