Not saying they are overpricing it. I guess i'm just the kind of person that would rather put in 10-15k into my integra or w/e else I like then go buy a new car that when lined up against it won't even come close.

i think they start around 39k new (for MR i think)

and 30k with 5,000miles is about the going price, give or take a little
