i remember back in the day a 2 door one running around it was black and then he primed it . it would roll with out a hood sometime . it was pretty quick

oh i think i know who your talking about, if it is the one im thinking of, it had a 2.0 dohc, not sohc, i am trying to find a shel if i don't get this one and drop a 2.4 dodge stratus swap in it, put SRT-4 pistons,rods water and oil pump and then put the stock srt4 turbo on it, and run high 12' low 13's with puttin under 1300 bucks in the engine including the engine in that price!

 

yeah its been a good bit since the eclipse has seen the road... i over boosted and fried the rings so figured hell since im re-doing the rings might as well just go ahead and do everything else so theres a pretty big list of mods that have been done... had it done last saturday and ended up snapping a cv axel.. damn cryo diff is strong and i even had 450hp rated axels but slicks were a littel much at a 4,200launch...
and hey man how much you wanting for the coupe i might be interested... my buddies got one and doing a ls-1 swap so kinda inspierd me to get one...

Anyone here going to the JDM Dreams/JDMups meet this month? If so we should all roll out together. I put my name on the list over a month ago.

 

Well i remember him beating you EVERYTIME with a cracked manifold(he bought the car like that) then racing your boy right after...it was only a few of us there......then i remember at the races he asked you to run again and you said "hell no, that thing is fast!" later on that night you change your mind and say "well its just for fun, so lets do it!" ....my boy tells me "im just gonna shift at 5 grand to keep it interesting" thats when you beat him....then he starts taking it up all the way....thats the 1 or 2 wins he got. It wasnt fixed either....it was in the same condition that he brought to mazda..ALL MESSED UP! Is that explained well enough for you..... I got no reason to make up stories, especially about a stock protege racing an almost stock neon.......... anyone on here that knows me should know that what i say is credible enough
