yea going to the track sounds like a plan but i need to get a LSD 1st or at least bigger radials 1st. cause i have crazy traction problems and i know thats going to hurt me

On street tires try to get a 2.0-2.2 60 ft. If you can drive the car out of the hole with that 60ft then you're good.

High 1.9s is possible but takes perfection.

Anyways as long as you aren't coming out of the hole with a 2.4-2.8+ 60ft you'll be ok on street tires.



Edit - My bad, I forgot you have drag radials. At the track even with 205-50-15 and 225-50-15 you shouldn't have any traction problems at your power level just go for a Sub 2.0 60ft.

If you blame not going to the track on needing tires or lsd you're most likely never going to go.

 

i'm still going to go to the track, i just don't think it will do what its capable of doing also i never raced like that before, i get all nervous i don't think i will be doing anythng special on the 60.

and i know the power level isn't super high but did you see the video i made. i stomped on it at like 5 mph and it just started spinning then i shifted into second and it started spinning i let off a little and as soon as i got back on it, it starts spinning when i shift into 3rd i get a little more spinning but not much. thats with having 205 nitto neo gen tires and on the shity 215whp tune.

now it has a better stronger tune, its even worse, the torque the charger makes is crazy. i got new bfg 225 radials the one's with the curvy lines on the tires kinda look like flames. but i havn't put them on yet. i'm going to go to the track i just wish it would take off better.

would traction bars help or really i just have to get a lsd. the b16 tranny i have doesn't help me i think

 

Traction bars really make a difference if your car has wheel hop.

Nitto Neogens i've seen people do the 60fts I posted 2.0-2.2 an that was with a turbo integra gsr. So it's possible. I can't really say about lsd because I have an open diff.

For the 2.0X 60ft's that I did were on Falken Azenis in a ls turbo integra which suck for drag racing (really stiff sidewall) .

if you don't have a kill switch or something in there PUT ONE IN THERE. I didn't think these scazzy ass people would steal mine (or stalk me like they did) so I didn't do that....................what a mistake. I wish i would have seen them broken down in the parking lot w/ my car.
