My toyota is a rwd car (see sig). I guess what you are saying is honda's are a waste of time.
My daily was a 2000 Integra GS. Full leather interior AC/PS. Ebay turbo kit OBD2B(untuned) 9lbs of boost Fmu, walbro 255 AND Stock Injectors, with Falken Azenis I went 13.3 @107 2.0X 60'. On drag radials i'm sure I could've drove it into being a high 12second car.
So basically I spent 1000 bucks on an ebay turbo kit, 30 bucks on a vortech fmu i found on ebay, 80-100 bucks (can't remember) walbro 255 and some auto-x tires (stiff sidewall)
I found a new(used) longblock for 300 bucks.. add it up
