On that subject..I was rockin in my minivan the other day, getting in touch with the inner soccer mom and I got popped by a MCS. And did you know, according to the all mighty cops

He popped me like 3min from the store I had been shopping at, half way through a cig, told me I had come from citrus county and was seen smoking pot and driving down the road 5 min prior. Pulled my wife and I out of the van and searched the whole thing while his buddy berated me for being white and having dreads, also for having purple/blue dreads.
Has to be about the most racist lump of crap I have ever seen in green.

I know that was way off topic, but come on, how the hell do they get away with this crap.

Not to be a bitch.....but honestly, don't do things to draw attention to yourself like dye your hair crazy colors. I did that when I was in high school and could get away with it...now I do what I can to not stick out.

My roommate is black and has dreads...think about how much he gets harassed.

 

Meh, I have been coloring my hair for the better part of 15 years, since i was like 13 or so, never had an issue with it, I do it because I like it. Also have a ton of ink done, so attention is something I am bound to get. Dont feel its my job to change how I like to look because it makes someone else feel uncomphy. It wasnt the talking about the colors that pissed me off, it was the fact that he told me only black people have dreads and white people shouldnt want them because they are dirty. Being as how I have grown up in bigger cities and and ghettos, so most of my friends are black, and are not dirty. And alot of them have dreads.
I understand where you are comming from, but why change how you like to be to avoid ignorance from other people?

 

Oh forgot to ask, anyone come up with ideas for a new spot, been pulling for ya. Did some work on doors at the homedepot by hooters, so asked one of the higher ups if they would be open to people parking there after they close. Waiting on a call back, they seem like good people sois always a hope. Figure if you get a place to agree than the cops might be less likely to rain on the parade. (provided no one is acting dumb in the lot that is.)

well after fellin like im being tailed by cops in my CIVIC, im pretty much thinking bout going to meets in other nearby places.....G-Ville being the closest, Tampa and Orlando being second and third choices.

 

me and my cuzin got pulled over in his ol ladies toyota matrix and wanted to search the car and his reason for pullin us over was he thought the tint was too dark, but we got the laugh when he started searchin and there is college books and paperwork everywhere and 2 car seats and no drugs and on top of that the tint was stock and we let him know that lol just goes to prove that you dont even have to stand out marion county cops are just fucking idiots searching for something to do

 

that's why. i got pulled over for doing 45 in a 30 a lil bit ago and got a warning, if i looked "suspicious" i have a stong feeling i would have gotten way more than that.
