yeah i dont see the big deal if you call it a race truck.whos to say what a racecar/truck is i mean you have a daily & a truck that you race so there for wouldnt it be your race truck?.im the same way i call my civic my race car & then i have my ls the daily.theres peps out there that has 14 sec cars & claim to be race cars & if thats what they race & enjoy why is it not a race car.

a car built with a cage , ect ect , its purpose is to race , so that chris car is a race car ,the truck how it sit should be able to run in the high 10s on the shot hes running , so this is bullshit that all of u are trying to make that truck sound like a daily,is fucking stupid, my fucking camaro is a fucking daily , my hatch back is a race car , i ran for fun , and im happy i ran with a drag racing truck ,built for low 11s on bottle . next car i need to build is a funny car bring it out there and call it gutted out a street car

its funny a while back travis brought out a friend out with with a black car on a trailer to sams club ,that car was more of a daily then chris truck ,and they where looking for a run and the only thing we heard , it a race car .and that bitch had a its weight from factory unlike chris truck and not near the body work (susp.) done to his truck .

and chris u know better to not call that car a daily , even if it an over built chassis and no motor in it sitting in ur back yard ,its still be a race truck or a race shell good for 10s , and im not busting ur ass its just stupid that people post stupid shit here

No, you will still need something to tune it with because it is different than stock.

An AFC would be the cost effective solution. To "chip" the ECU you would have to send it off to someone who can tune those. A good ROM tune will cost you $500. I was looking for RB MAF's for you and the RB MAF is a J60 MAF. I am pretty sure about that. You could try an N60 MAF without tuning it. It may work, but I am not for sure. But you would definately need something to tune with if you use an N62. Good Luck.

Ohh and you won't see a big difference right away. You will just have the Potential for more power. More Air + More Fuel = More Power. You can use the bigger MAF along with bigger injectors and a tune and turn the boost up and make more power.

 

10-4 well it seems to be running ok for right now. i think it was acting up cuz i was doing donuts in the dirt. and got some dirt in it. plus it had some kinda crappy home made adapter on it to get this tiny ass filter on it.

also do you know what throw out i need? i know i need a NA 300zx clutch kit. but wasnt sure which TO
