like stated it depends on the setup. but on a rotary 12.5 is almost considered lean on some motors. tuning rotary fuel injection is hard due to the secondary transition. you have to figure that at 3800 rpm the primaries cut out to a 50% duty and the secondaries take over. but not having big enough secondaries caused us to push the duty cycle up. also intake temps and water temps are a huge factor and even more with our motors. it hit 99*c water and the intake temps were like 60*c. the motor was running hot and because of the leaner condition it popped. there are many factors to it but the point is we will rebuild it and get it running even better.

all is good, the engine had .. 40k on it for a street port im fine with that ... i needed bigger injectors ... it wasnt just that it was lean it was lean and then i maxed out the injector to 100% during the run ... so it was running fine for 3 weeks with the same tune, but between the heat, hour drive, and me wanting to have a little to much fun....
Its okay ill have more fun with the new power im going for...

any one good with custom V-Mount settups?
