no its not every sat, and definately not the sat before the gator nationals,
they have a schedule on their site that lists all the days for sat test and tune

the track isnt open on saturday this weekend because of pinks or pinks all out not sure... ill be out saturday night most likley and im up for running a few people just pretty much tryn to toast the rest of the clutch before i put the new one in... dave theres about 3 people that seen me on 484 running you i sat in front of you by like 3links and i was at like 4lbs plus i fowed the plugs at the same time... i got it you spray i spray we run again... and as for the srt its slow dude be happy you only beat it by that much its like a 13.4 truck from factory... and its all stock its a dead weight truck its slow...
