its one thing to learn about your car while you take it apart, but dont be a backyard mechanic.

take it from me, ive been workin on cars since i learned how to drive 6 years ago

lolwut? Whats wrong with doing your own work? Ive been working on cars for wayyyyyy longer than 6 years and I still love doing it.Nothing better than knowing you did something yourself and being prowd of it.

I guess you just have to have a real love for cars though.

when did i say to not work on your own car? ive been doing it for 6 years.

what i meant was, dont get that backyard mechanic mentality, when you start replacing downpipes with PVC, and build your own exhaust out of coat hangers and bean cans

o hell no, i dont know what id do with my day if i didnt have a car to work on.... id probably weigh 400 lbs....... and know how to play world of warcraft- REALLY well

I read in the Mustang and superFords magazine that the new V6's respond to mods really well..Dunno know if its true just what I read.

Edit: But I also read that there Ecu is a pitb..Said you have to get a tune for any mod cause it will lean out super bad.

yea, im taking my car to get tuned in a little bit by mofo. its true, they like to be worked on, and i dont know how true it is about leaning out. the aftermarket throttle body on the other hand was leaning to motor out pretty bad
