It's that time again!! The Gainesville Raceway will be hosting it's 4th Road Course Test & Tune on Saturday July 15th.

The driving training and vehicle dynamics test track is a 1.6mile road course facility designed and built specifically with a mix of different types of curves, corners, intersections and straight-aways. I'm encouraging everybody to test the limits of their cars and the laws of physics and come out to the event on the 15th.

Information:

Morning Session: $30 8am-12pm
Afternoon Session: $30 1pm-5pm
ALL DAY PASS $50
Crew/Spectators $5

( The morning and afternoon course will differ and offer challenges to both inexperienced and veteran drivers)

ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE A HELMET AND PASS BASIC TECH INSPECTION.

(Racecars must meet SCCA standards)

After the success of our first and second one some ppl can tell you that they actually had to take a break to let their cars cool off because they were getting so many runs in on ONE SESSION. ( I had cars with 15+ runs in one session)

Damnit. I actually hear about this one in time to make plans to go (for once), and I already have plans for that weekend. Hopefully these keep happening. Maybe, just maybe, Ill be able to make the one in August.

 

i'm there. after watching the nascar roadrace, and champ car series yesterday i had to find my own road course behind the gateway industrial park.

 

Is it limited to the number of participants?

Is the admission for drivers ($30) per car or person? ie. We would probably bring 2 cars but 4 drivers.

 

There isn't a limit on the number of participants.

It's 30$ per driver. You are more than welcome to change up cars but each driver must pay.

 

I will most likely be there, also bringing a couple of friends

If I come to the morning event, about what time would I be leaving the event? i have work at 5pm in St.Petersburg but Ive been wanting to come to one of these so bad!!!!
