HARDCORE NEWSLETTER

November 2nd, 2005

NOTE: This newsletter contains some vital information to the background of the LNO Show, it will also contain show classes, hotel information, general show rules and other useful information.

This is a 2 day show & judged event!

Greetings everyone! It's that time of year, the time for the 10th Annual LNO Jr. Memorial Show! As you can see this is the 10th year HARDCORE has put on this show. This marks a new time in the tragic event that happened to fellow friend, and club member. I would like everyone to take time and think about the fact that is has been 10 years since Neal was taken from us. The person responsible for this heinous act has exhausted every last chance in order to stop from being execute for his crime. You might have seen on the news or the internet that he was appealing the death sentence. I believe all of his options have been exhausted and now justice will be served.

On that note, I would like to see as many people as possible attend this years LNO Show, not for HARDCORE, but for Neal's family and friends. This is a milestone for this tragic situation. This show helps everyone cope with the loss of our friend and club member. Most importantly, the Oliver family enjoys knowing that we have not forgotten him and we never will. Please come out and help show support with us for the Oliver's. While some of us have dealt with our grief and have come to terms with what happened, for the Oliver's I cannot imagine having to have lost a child. So again, please remember, this is why we do this show every year.

Some have questioned what is being done monetarily for the Oliver's. Quite some time ago, not long after HARDCORE started doing the show for Neal, the Oliver's had told us that we could do what we see fit with the proceeds of the show. HARDCORE decided that the proceeds would got to benefit the Doc & Johnny XL 106.7 Baby DJ Fund. The Baby DJ Fund provides a Christmas miracle for those children and families who would have not had a Christmas, or much of one. This was decided because shortly before Neal was taken from us, he has told his mother that he was going to Wal-Mart to pick up toys with his own money, in order to donate to them to this very cause. HARDCORE takes about 3 TRUCK LOADS full of toys to the radio station in the week after the show. This donation in made in Neal's name. We hope that we can continue to help these Children. Please help support this cause, as well as keeping Neal's memory alive by attending the show.

Now, for the show information! There is going to be a lot of information in this newsletter so please bear with us. We are trying to make this event as enjoyable as we possibly can!

General Show Rules / Etc.

We please ask the following of you:

1. No fighting / Weapons, etc.

2. No racially motivated items. PLEASE All are welcome but keep these issues out of the show. This show is in Neal's memory, and we don't want any problems in this area.

3. Coolers!!! Bring all the coolers you want! ALCOHOL??? Well all we can say is, if it doesn't look like beer / liquor out in the open, then it's not a problem. We will have a police walking around the area, so if things stay under control, there should not be a problem. Use common sense!

4. Grilling, cooking etc. PLEASE NO GRILLS OR OPEN FLAMES. You can bring sandwiches, snacks, etc in your coolers! Please feel free to do so.

5. Cruising / Scooters / Etc - We would like you to refrain from cruising, unless you are going to the SPL area (We may POSSIBLY be doing drive thru judging. If that happens, then we will deal with it when it comes.) Scooters, Golf carts, etc, please use CAUTION, and do not let CHILDREN ride them near show vehicles. I know you would expect the same around your custom ride.
