Default DELSOL Engine swap- JDM B18C

This DelSol cameto us with a blown up motor. It had a LSVtec.

We're installing a JDM B18C with an LHT Header and Intake.

Before the enegine goes in the prep work needs to be done.
With all engine swap we install a new OEM Honda Timing belt and water pump. This is a 10 minute job with the motor out but several hours when installed. We also change the cap and rotor and spark plugs.

The stock timing belt and pump, they still look in great shape but they still have some years on them.

New Tming belt and water pump, notice the date on the pump.

Now the motor is ready to install.

nice, but i can do timing belts and water pumps in the car in 30 mins, some import companys require you to change the timing belt before install for warranty

but yes hell of alot easier out of the car.

cant wait to see updates

The engine looks awesome. I feel like we need something to cover those spark plugs though...

Thanks again to John and everyone at LHT for a job well done on the swap. The car pulls amazing, and I love the way the engine looks.
