Lht Turbo S2000
This an LHT Turbo designed to have NO over heating, things falling off, parts melting etc etc. After building the kit along with some other upgrades the car went right from the dyno right to NOPI in Atlanta with Zero issues and AC the whole way.
Here's a parts list:
LHT Log Manifold ( Ceramic coated)
LHT 3" down pipe re circ( Ceramic coated)
Precision 5865 ball bearing billet wheel turbo
TIAL MVS wastegate
TIAL BOV
LHT Aluminum intercooler piping powder coated
LHT Modified AC lines
LHT fuse box bracket
LHT Stainless-3 feed -12 drain
LHT Breather car reservoir can
LHT exhaust 3" into dual 2.5" with stock tips
Precision AS600 intercooler anodized black
ID1000 injectors
Hondata K-Pro
LHT Custom intake manifold ( Wrinkle black)
Puddy rear end
Gator axles ( finished in yellow)
Clutch masters Stg 4 clutch LHT Flywheel
AEM Boost and wide band gauge
DBA 4000 rotors and OEM pads
Goodridge stainless lines
Ground control coilovers
CR wheels spaced 18mm front 20mm back
Koyo Radiator
LHT fan shroud SPAL fans
LHT Oil cooler
The motor is 100% stock so I didn't want to push the limits, even though many have "mad HP yo"...lol
The idea was to build and learn from the kit to find it's weak points for future builds, and in turn pass on the knowledge to future LHT Turbo kits.
Heat is always an issue with turbo charging, not only the added parts under the hood but more HP= more heat.
Here's some little extra's, The Turbine side not only is ceramic coated it also has a heat shield that fit around it with a 1/2 air gap. The factory heat shield was also modified to black the fuse box from added heat.
The Koyo radiator with the should insure 100% of the radiator has air force through it by the huge SPAL fans.
To prevent all the air being drawn through the intercooler before reaching the condenser and radiator it has been mounted about 1.5" lower to there's an air gap above it.The Precision is so over kill at lower HP the whole surface doesn't have to be exposed to incoming air supply. In fact on the dyno at 107F the intake temps stay steady at 115F. Water temps stayed under 198F as that's when the fans turned on.

I built an oil cooler kit , the stock oil filter would still fit no problem.

Here you can see the thread tabs for the heat shield.

Turbine heat shield

Oil cooler and relocate oil filter.

Custom reservoir breather powder coated

Intake manifold

Gator axles , It was gators idea doing these yellow. After seeing them I now like them.

True 3" down pipe

3" exhaust with 3" resonator splits into dual 2.5" Borla mufflers and stock tips.

Gauges

Here's the dyno.
418whp and 286tq at 13.6psi. This is legit, Rather than BS ing about it only been 9 psi I would rather show the real boost. Maybe with a long runner manifold it would make more at low boost but with all the heat issue I didn't want the head ache.

After building this, I drove to NOPI/HIN in Atlanta . Even with the temps there been 100F the car ran perfect, AC blow ICE cold, averaged 28+ mpg and had lots of fun boosting my new toy.
Thanks for looking. Now time to put it in the garage....lol

Nice build John. The setup looks awesome!
On a side note: Jesus I wish my house was that big.
