The actual pipe itself may be a hair cheaper than stainless... but... It takes twice as long to make and takes twice as much material to weld. This also includes aluminum hangers not the cheap muffler shop special clamps.

These days we custom fabricate on pretty much anything. We're not strickly Hondas at all.I've had it my 650whp Type R, I think it will hold up fine.
Aluminum does cost a little less if you use the lower grade, but it can become brittle with heat and crack . Plus we use a much more expensive rod and a hybrid gas mix to weld it.
Remember, we are not a back yard shop. I , Myslef was a cirtified welder before alot of our customers could say "Exhaust"
If it's too expensive, you may want to check out the local drunk muffler shop guy....lol

i was wondering what the exhaust note sounds like, versus the stainless, i imagine it would have a less deep tone, but with a quieter muffler and a good resonator, would it still sound high pitched?

or since it seems like you use a higher gauge than the stainless, does the thicker wall somewhat cancel that out?

NP. These days theres no reason to have load exhaust when you can make power with a quieter one.

MrLHT, do you reccomend using the Aluminum for the turbo manifolds, downpipe & intercooler plumbing in addition to the exhaust piping?

There is no way you could use it for Exhaust manifolds, I'm not sure how long it would last as down pipe as temps exceed 600C.
We have tested our exhausts and confident in there use.
