Question Carbon Fiber Knitting Needles...your input here

Less weight due to carbon fiber construction could mean faster knitting and less hand crampage. Anyone else?

chromoly > aluminum

Aluminum creates negative ions with the frictin of the yarn. Causing inconsistent yarn patterns and the horrid "Dread lock" knots throughout.

But with teh polyester you get the "buckwheat" texture. It's a lose lose situation.

ok....well maybe we should look into the development of complimentary knitting needle / yarn combinations. Ah ha....TR crew for research and advancement of knitting technology

like perhaps if we had extrememly tight clearances between the knitting needles and a fine yarn we could avoid that nappy holey texture and increase texture resolution of the fabric. any input?
