I have two VD sheets posted below. The first one is the results of the new setup @24psi creeping to 27.5psi up top due to my 38mm wastegate. I'd like to note that this is my wastegate pressure, the lowest boost my car is able to run .

Since dyno numbers in itself aren't always as relevant without a known comparison, I have overlayed the 93oct results of this new motor with a VD graph I have from last year when the car went 9.96 @139.83mph on the factory motor. Needless to say, I can't wait to get the car back on Metanol and high boost.

Damn that motor is healthy. Those numbers have to be some kind of pump gas record on a 2.0.

Ryu .. the real pump gas pimp lol

on a serious not ... the definatlely faster than the fpblack car i owned that was at 524.. on low boost.. its almost sickening ..

These numbers are not records by any means.. theres guys making 600awhp on pump on a 2.0.. it just shows what a right combination of parts and proper assembly does.. ( shameless plug LOL)

Thanks guys. The car will make it back to the track early next year. I hope to have the car back on methanol and high boost in the next few weeks. When I get back to the track I plan on making a few passes on pump gas/waste gate boost first just to see if it will trap in the 133mph range as I suspect it will, then I'll turn on the methanol/high boost in hope to achieve my 9.7@142mph goal with this turbo.

Hey Chris, Matt from springhill with a tech question in reference to boost.. On my Acura Integra when it was tuned by John Wilson at LHT performance he did a low and high boost setting on my boost controller my question is my car made more whp at 20psi and less power at 22psi do to the turbo blowing hot air .. Now how do you and miguel get around this problem? You guys are in the 25-40psi range Thanks for you time matt..
p.s is it the meth that helps make boost temps low?

Matt, I assume your running 93oct. If this is the case, you are octane limited which is why you aren't able to take advantage of higher boost on your current turbo. Methanol injection is one of many "race gas" options to raise octane level, knock resistance, and my personal favorite it's superior cooling affect as 100% methanol stays below ambient temperature. If you are looking for more power on pump gas, upgrade your turbo to something larger and more efficient, but if you want to push your turbo to it's maximum output choose one of the many higher octane "race gas" options such as E85, methanol/ethanol injection, 110oct, c16, etc...

Thanks Chris and yes on low boost its tuned on 93 and on high boost I used c16 but like you said I may need to upgrade the turbo to something larger its a little precision sc34 rated at 400hp the car on 93 made 370whp at 15psi and 415whp at 20 psi with c16. I love the quick spool and do not want to have a super big turbo that will have a lot of turbo lag like a 6765 Im more looking for a 5757,5765,or 5858 my goal is to make 500whp just for track based fun however the car already the car blows the tires off the car my best time at the track 13.4 at 121mph it suck there no traction
