The people that will get screwed in the end are the ones whose cars that will be in pieces and without paid for parts when the dust settles. This happens way too much around here.

Pretty much the only way to keep from getting screwed is to do the most work you can yourself.

I spoke with rob on the phone. He really is trying to help me out. Matt claims the transmission is shipped. I have not received a tracking number yet. He promised refund upon receipt of the transmission. I had asked rob to have Matt do 2 things:
- Please have Matt refund $900 as an act of good faith. I will send the tranny back. Once they re-receive the transmission, to refund the rest. I also asked for Matt to cover atleast the majority of return shipping.
I was misconceived into believing that rob wsa the one selling the transmission. not matt. i spoke with rob and he had cleared up a lot of confusion. rob has been very helpful. only time will tell if this issue will be resolved.
