That picture was when he first purchased the car. He didn't know the car was a mess from the previous owner. He had us fix what he could afford. That's why he drove on the bad clutch until it finally went out. He did and does have a budget. If he didnt we would have put valve train, L19's, a 7675, etc. Honestly he made the car 100x better than when he purchased the car.
