Do the bosch pumps have the ability to "pull" the gas up to the pump like that? I thought they had to be installed below or near level to the sump outlet?
It looks like they will be ok with a full tank but will get air locked once the tank isn't totally full. I may be wrong, just asking the question.

The Bosch 044 does fine pulling fuel. When it gets at or below 1/4 tank it tends to struggle a little
