So it turns out dyno shops here in Edmonton only allow their "in-house dyno tuna" use their dyno's 
Had to make use of the street dyno

you should have a tuner challenge LOL have their tuner tune the car, then you go and fix all the things he fucked up lol then they have to let you use the dyno for free
