Default help?

Im taking my EG and going b series. it aw a d16z6 automatic and im swapping a b18a1 into it. There are so many routs i can go. but i kno im goin to boost it sometime around febuary. in that case i was thinking abvout goin ls/vtec but then i have to run oil lines and plug holes which i dont know much on how to do. so would it be better off to just get my acr running with a stock b18a1 and build and boost that? or is the ls/vtec realy going to make that much of a diffrence?

lsvtec will def make more power but there is nothing wrong with a ls on boost it depends on your budget.

n/a is fun. u run outa hp, then ur seeking more hp, but gota change the compression to take the boost.
lsv ur gonna get 30-40 hp. ur gonna have 2 run oil lines just the same as boost. u have to tune both set ups.
boost on a stock bottom b series is good for 300 or so hp b 4 u have put better parts in there.
theres a stock d series here on tr running 15 + lbs of boost on a superb tune.
g/l and enjoy !

If you're on a tight budget I would recommend turbo LS. Especially if you're going to stick to the stock bottom end. Before even going turbo I would highly recommend compression testing and leakdown testing the motor. If everything turns out good buy and install ARP head studs before hand. Good luck!
