Default Dyno: EG Civic LS VTEC Turbo Dyno

Correct me on things that are wrong and/or add what I am missing Having trouble remembering

Car: EG Civic

Engine: 9:1 CP pistons, Eagle rods and ARP head studs

Mods: Log exhaust manifold, KJ 3" downpipe, KJ 2.5" intercooler piping, KJ catch can, ITR intake cam, STR intake manifold, Precision SC34 turbo and Neptune tuned by Alpha and KJ

Tuning at 15lbs on 93 octane:

The clutch started to slip at anything above this power level

Corrections:

type R block/crank
Wiseco 8.6:1 compression pistons

everything else is right.

i'll bet that car is an absolute blast to drive...love that powerband...love that turbo...if i build a honda its gonna be very close to that setup...much like ron's setup before he went 40R.

Yeah the torque curve really held flat with the ITR intake cam. Next time I go back with a stronger clutch we will play the cam gears a bit and maybe extend it out a bit more.

if i were to do it...i'd run a stock b16a, sc34, 18-19psi...quiet exhaust...would make about the same power you're setup did...maybe a little more hp, less torque. anything over 400whp is hard to use...plus i loved the even powerband in ron's civic...was manageable and very fast.

KJ knows his stuff when he gets the items he is talking about it will be even better. Rons car is a sad thing. A 9sec car that ran mid 10's so sad

Should be heading back to the dyno next week once the new clutch is in.

Thanks for the clutch. Got it just in time to get it installed for trackday. Hopefully there will be some time to dyno Friday.
