I'm sure it will turn out great! I'll keep looking at this until it's done. That SC is a very good example - well kept.

 

So part of the swap involved taking the 97 sc300 engine, And placing it in A 94 gs300 that Eddie also brought down seeing that the 97 engine is low mileage. (80k)sc vs (232k)gs.

So we began removing the sc engine first..























Okay so with that complete onto the gs.......







Now they're side-by-side getting harness, mounts, front/rear sumps,tranny, bunch of obd1/2 etc. etc. swapped out.

Well the gs300 was successfully completed and driven back to Atlanta,GA. without any issues , So now we can move forward with the SC!!! Now The Real Fun Begins!!!!

 

Did this get finished? Any pics of it done? And about how much $ was spent swapping the 2j into the sc300

Few things to update:

*Plug & play harness complete &
Installed on engine.
*Motor mount brackets swapped
*Front to rear oil pan swapped
*Engine mated with transmission
*Swapped out some upgraded interior parts

hell yeah im actually looking for a sc to do a 2j swap and i want to come to you guys is there anyway i could come down and talk to you guys about it?

 

I tried to attach some pics of the wheels. They are Asanti 20x8.5 up front and 20x10 for the rear. Tires are at the house as well they are goodyear. I probably wont put the asantis on until i get back. I have another set of 20's i got off of e-bay and I may have my uncle bring those down to you. I have one last request. You know with all this added power you have to be able to stop right? Well I will order the front and rear set of Wilwood big brake kit for the SC then I will be done. I think the website said it needed 17 inch wheels or larger so i may go with the other set of 20's I have we will see. Keep up the good work and talk to you soon. Peace!Eddie J.
