i have an is300 that we did the cam seals on. and for some reason i have a very small leak from the bottom timing belt cover.
When we disassembled it, we could see it was the two cam seals leaking ever so slightly. SO we read the Lexus DIY and it called for gasket sealant across the top of the seals. SO we did that and it still has a small leak.
Is there something i'm maybe missing? are you suppose to gasket seal all the way around the gasket?
Thanks for the help.
