94' Honda CBR F2 / Freshen up
This bike has been sitting for several years, So when the customer pulled it out some attention was needed.
First we had a charging problem; So we went threw the charging system, 1. Tested battery- which had a dead cell 2. Tested stator output 3. Tested wire for shorts & grounds & for good Earthing 4. Tested regulator / rectifier for possible bad diodes Now were getting ready to start & run the engine to do a dynamic system test under load. This is when we find out.... Number 2 & 3 cylinder carbs are flooded so bad it's coming back through the carb, Well we knew a carb clean & sync was in order based on the time it sat So here we go. http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...c/CIMG6332.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...MG6386-1-1.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...MG6385-1-1.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...MG6389-1-1.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...MG6388-1-1.jpg http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...MG6387-1-1.jpg |
