1jz-gte lexus sc300 swap part 1
The customer came in with a very nice 5speed lexus sc300, sporting a normally aspirated 2jz-ge & w58 manual transmission.
After debating on 1jz or 2jz, the customer decided the 1jz would be a better fit for the goals that he had in mind, after that was established the work began.
The sc in stock form getting ready to go under the knife
prepped to remove the engine
Engine and transmission now removed, the real work begins.
At this point the engine bay will be prepped with a degreasing agent & pressure wash.
Now that the car is ready to accept the new engine we'll start off fresh in part 2 with the preperation of the 1jz. stay tuned
