I would think they would NOT sell whole cars, because at some point, they would be labeled as car dealers, and subject to other rules and regulations.

 

they will not sell a complete car. one they buy it they have to file to have the title labeled for destruction then they crush the car n sell it for scrap metal by weight after they pull it from the yard.
