News so far:
Plant City, Florida -- A section of U.S. Highway 92 in Plant City has been closed in both directions due to a fatal hit and run crash, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident happened shortly before 7 p.m. Friday across the street from Parkesdale Farmer's Market and Garden Center at 3702 U.S. 92 W.
A witness who didn't want to be identified said he called 911 after seeing a white male in his 20's on a black sports bike headed west on U.S. 92. He says it happened so fast that he is not sure if the biker was traveling at a high rate of speed or not, but he says he watched as the biker slammed into the back of a vehicle.
The driver of that vehicle kept going. The witness says, in the dark, he wasn't able to make out the type of vehicle that he hit. The driver of another vehicle hit the biker's body in the roadway but stopped.
The biker's body was covered in a white sheet. A white tennis shoe was nearby. The witness says he tried to help the biker, who didn't appear to be wearing a helmet before the crash.
Several people who live nearby stood near the scene with young children while troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol conducted their investigation.
Friday evening, drivers were being advised to avoid the area if possible.

Never meeting this guy before, just knowing someone from the board still makes a loss hit home.
It doesn't seem like anyone has the facts in as to what has happened just yet, irregardless, this is just another example that it's crazy out there and we all need to look out for #1 because down here no one else is going to, or give two fucks about if you make it home to your family at night. R.I.P to the fellow rider. Condolences to his family & friends. Ride safe ladies & gents. atgatt.
