Exclamation Good tuners on a stock boosted setup?

I dont want a mod to come in and show me to the shop forum, i know about it and have looked at places to get tuned.. I want to know what TR thinks from personal experiences.

Im looking for more reliability then power, so a safe tune is all im looking for...

My setup: ( if it helps )

- Stock b18b1
- Ramhorn style mani
- Dsm 450cc injectors
- Walbro 255 fuel pump
- 11lbs on a .70 trim ebay turbo (had a garrett but its making my car smoke so im in the process of getting a better turbo or get the garrett rebuilt but this will work for now.)

Might not run lean, but prolly will max the injectors out witch isnt good either. Id deff bump up to bigger injectors to be safe.
