Default So i hit a Deer doing about 55ish

So I was board last Friday night so me and some buddys decided it was a good Idea to go hit some corners in are cars....the normal spots where full of Kansas Highway Patrol because of this thing call "Country stamped" (like Oz Fest with Country music) So we go to some other spots....Bad idea on my part I forgot that these other roads are right next to the Kansas Prairie reserve. So Iam doing about 80 to 85 around a long corner and I see a group of deer I honk the horn thinking that was a good idea, then I realize theres about 5 other cars going the same speed, I look in the rear view and I see something out of the corner of my eye....its a white tail halling butt across the road. I lock up all 4 and BAM! I nail it O well live and learn!

Over all not to bad...I guess.

Oh damn that sucks.

I take it you are at Ft Riley? My x husband was stationed there.

Yea, KS roads. Fun but the animal life sux. He hit a deer going from Ogden to Manhattan one night. Fortunately it was a minor swipe and was able to fix his car.

Man I hated KS. Hope you survive it.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

I am probably going to part it out, the front where the window would me the roof has a massive V bend in it, there's no why it would ever be able to line up again unless I take the roof skin off and replace it......... fuckin deer, I cant wait tell iam able to leave this place.
