if it says "AND" on the names then both must be in agreement to sell and both must sign, if it says "OR" then either one can sell and it only needs one signature.

1. Do not use Tampa Racing for your drama. The last f*ing thing I want to do is have to have a police report before a stolen car can be posted. We have enough problems in our community, keep your personal drama out.
