If its theives then yeah I can agree, but if it's people acting stupidly racing around risking everyones life then I have no sympathy for the owners of the cars. IMO if your taking the risk of driving like an asshole then your taking the risk of losing your car. Think about how pissed you'd be if you lost someone close to you because some prick was trying to pop vtec ya feel me? Crazy video i would have asked for them oem fogs lol.
