This is some pretty simple stuff to clean up your bay.
-Tidy up you battery area
-Organize the wiring, your plug wires are a mess and you can easily straighten up the rest and reloom it to make it look nice.
-Clean everything! sit there and scrub... and scrub, and scrub
-Put some tire shine on the black rubber hoses to shine them up and give them a real deep black color.
-I know you dont want to do a tuck so without getting carried away you can take the wires off their places on the strut towers and tuck them down and move the headlight wires into the fenders. Most people call it a partial tuck and it really only takes a couple hours to do all of this stuff.
-Also a wrinkle black cold air will really clean it up or a really well cleaned up stock intake.
- Also redo your valve cover the H emblem looks horrible being all black. It would look much better if the inside of the H was red and only the letters were black.

Best of luck

I dunno I gotta agree with what was said. It doesn't seem like much but once you do all this, you'll see a huge difference. It's hard to say without wanting to do a wire tuck or anything like that. You can extend the wires on the fuel injectors and hide them under your intake manifold. It's not much but its cleaner.

BTW I got this degreaser that worked magic on my engine bay. I'll look for the name tomorrow if I remember. It burned the shit out of my hands so be careful. Went through some cheapo gloves. It's McDonalds commercial cleaning something. Some scrub pads and wire brushes, good to go.

^ That shit looks clean...I'd show off my single cam if I had that kind of bay AND be proud of it.
