My friend had a G35 and he got the tail lights blacked out, he got pulled over for it and was given a ticket, the black out was done by the dealership so it was dropped when taken to court.

They aren't getting stupid...what's happening is budget cuts...they need to get the money from somewhere and their bosses are telling them to do this shit.

let me present this folder to you. as you can see all the work done to my 370z has been through the Nissan company and thier authorized dealership therefore there are no illegal non-factory modifications done to my car.

^^^ haha that was good! yeah my buddy Zack, who i bought my exhaust from, got a ticket for the RS-R GT2 Exhaust (2.5" straight back) and had to put a different pipe on. so now i'm waiting to get pulled over for it. plus i'm tinting my tail lights... and custom240sx i read your post on that thread about the ebay resonator and i'll have to pull that one day!

All this is just a revenue thing...the more people pulled over, the more tickets issued, the more money they get. Tampa has to cut 20million in spending in the next year according to the news. They already have a 46:1 inmate to guard ratio at one of the prisons down there and they had to throw out their traffic force and the group of cops who were dedicated to tracking down most wanted fugitives. They are hurting for money bad and WE are the only way to get it.

Everytime the economy goes down there is a huge movement into the military, so if we crash, we will have plenty of pissed off poeple ready to get what we need to survive. If your referring to funding, i listed the closest countries which we can get to easily and cheaply with the agriculture needs we will need.

I was saying that funding for the military is on a down fall. I highly doubt we would go to war with anyone but if we did it would be with China. They have lent us way more money than anyone else and if our economy crashed completely they are still going to want their money back. If they owned us, they would strategically own each side of the world making them the complete powerhouse. Yes we would still have a military but most people by then will be so fed up with the government they actually may welcome a new government.
