ECU comes with most complete swaps ordered offline. Yes all you need is what I wrote. Possibly a manual cluster. Yes you will need the shift linkages and all the accessories attached to it. Don't forget you will run into wiring issues. You will need to wire vtec.

 

while your swapping it do yourself a favor and put a new clutch in w/ a resurfaced flywheel. also start researching your wiring so when the time comes you will be some what familiar with it. you have more to wire than just vtec

And get an aftermarket manifold so you don't have to wire in the butterflies lol
