Do you have any experience at ALL with any sort of tuning software? and I don't mean downloading Kmanager and playing with the fuel and ignition.

Anyone can go out and buy crome pro, you didn't answer my question at all...And dont you have to be a Neptune dealer in order to tune cars on Neptune?

Montu Motors will source, export, ship, import, modify, and deliver (optional) any car that meets the 25 year exemption rule. Our cars are 100% Street Legal. They are exempt from the EPA and NHTSA requirements

In order to import a car that qualify under the 25 Year Rule, the car must be 25 years old or older from the date of manufacture (Month & Year). For example, in January 2015, all cars that were manufactured on January 1990 and older are eligible for import under this ruling.
