dude had the ac wired like this - wire went from compressor along the fender inside under the dashboard to a switch the switch had a ground and another wire going to the fusebox, i couldnt find exactly where on the compressor it was hooked up and all it was doing was making the wires hot, so the ac needs rewired i think the harness might be cut i never really looked for the clips or what not

the a/c harness runs along the pass side... starting at the relays just above the compressor. Start there and follow your way back through toward the ECU on the pass side. You should be able to see if there is a wire cut. Th relay is prolly bad if he wired it to a switch...I would check that 1st and see. It's prolly as simple as that!

well..... me still for some unknown reason.... fixing to make a road trip this weekend to possibly pick up a new car for Karin... RWD turbo (turbonetics 62-1 )

 

and no were not getting rid of the DB, were trading her bike for it...

 

thank you! ill check tomarrow,idk the dude said that the kid before him had it wired so the ac was on all the time and thats the reason why he put a switch in..idk its just a bunch of bs but i love the car too much to give up on her
