Need a place to swap my engine

i have engine, tranny, ecu, axles, subframe, a/c compressor, power
steering rack, shift cables, throttle cables, and brake hubs (this way
you can have 5-lugs. but if you dont have any wheels with 5 lugs, you
can still use your stock hubs and modifie the axles slightly.
from a k20a3 engine.

i am willing to give up my d17a2 vtec w/ just abgout 35k on it and some cash to get this k series engine in my car. I have a 2002 civic ex coupe.

i need a person or place to swap my engine, but i don't
know anywhere.....

CAN U PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Eric why you tripping man....call me.....do you really have all that stuff....or you planning on getting the parts when you guys pass through Japan or Europe....ur still in the MiddleEast right
