how much 4 a vtec engine

i wanted to no how much it costs to get a vtec engine for my civic
i have not a clue so please pm me and fill me in...

and if there is a website that sells them please give me the site.......thanks everyone

well i have two for sale right now... full swaps... but i need to know what you want and what you have...
you need to tell me if you want a DOHC or SOHC if you want a 1.6L or 1.8L... also what car do you drive so i know what you need for the swap...

D16Z6= 125hp
D16Y8= 127hp
B16A2/A3= 160hp
B18C1= 170hp
B18C= 197hp
It all depend on how much horse power you want. D-series motors are Sohc, and B-series motors are Dohc. These are the different block numbers.

probably about 2900-3000 for a b18c1, which imo is the best one....cuz then you can say...it's gs-r powered and get one of those red scripty R's to put in place of the R at the end of gs-r

two things wrong with this post... the ZC d series DOHC motor... and b18c is 180 not 197 unless you are talking about a typr r...
