I am getting my project together. Its a 90 DX hatch with b18a LS. I hooked everything up, hooked the battery up. Then I turn the key to the first dot, then turn it to the second dot to prime the fuel pump, and the car starts to crank!!!! WTF?!?!?! Shouldnt it crank on the third dot?? Does anyone know what the hell is going on?? Everything looks like it is hooked up right.

never heard of that one. Did you mix the two big wires at the fuse box?

 

The two wires at the fusebox.... are you talking about the two black wires that get screwed into the fuse box over the passenger wheel well? If so we tried switching them, but that did not work.

It's so crazy, I was just gonna prime the fuel pump and the shit starts cranking, scared the piss out of me.

Is there another fusebox I should be looking at?

Looks like Honda-Tech has my answer.... $40 for an ignition switch though.. meh
