I got a few questions...
How come the check engine light is on?
with the ac not on it has a loupy idle..

Around how fast is it with i/h/e?

How come the temp gauge dont work when its warmed up?

When does vtech kick in?

when does the redline start?

is there anytihing i should look out for?

how much hp do these have stock? as in the engine thats in it right now.
i had an 89 crx dx auto, will there be any difference in the insurance rateS?

it has an act clutch in in and is pretty hard to press down, is that normal?

with the ac not on it has a loupy idle..
Idle air control valve, check air filter, TB, distributor, altenator.

Around how fast is it with i/h/e?
Prolly at the most if you're lucky 120 to the wheels

Check your thermostat

When does vtech kick in?
it's 'vtec', and 5400 rpm

when does the redline start?
I would guess around 7k

is there anytihing i should look out for?

shouldn't be

Yes, it has more clamping force than the stock clutch.
